SelaQui International School Library
SelaQui International School Library is an invaluable resource for students, researchers and faculties. It caters to all the students of the school (IB, ISC and ICSE) and the qualified faculty members. The library strives to make resources readily accessible when and wherever they are needed to enhance and promote the development of the students in area of academic research and development. The library has a good collection of story books, textbooks, reference books/materials, journals, CDs, list of online resources, etc. Newspapers and periodicals are subscribed for promoting general and current awareness among the students. In addition to the traditional library services, the library presents a holistic e-service to its clients, including e-books, e-journals and other digital resources.
The library is an integral part of the educational system and has to support and enhance educational goals as outlined in the curriculum and mission of SelaQui Education. Every year new resources are added on and outdated resources are removed.
The library processes are completely computerized. The library database (complete in all respects) can be searched remotely by Author, Title, Subject, Publisher and ISBN, using Web-OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue). The entire collection of books and materials in the library are bar-coded, which enables accurate and speedy transactions.
