We at SelaQui aim at overall development of the child. It is not just academics that we emphasize on. Activities form an integral part of the curriculum. It aims at digging out hidden talents in students and in developing their creative side. Performance in activities is given equal importance as in academics and sports. Such activities improve creativity, enhance confidence levels, inculcate discipline, enhance leadership qualities and abilities and stimulate the student to become a team player.

We aim to combine the finest elements of experiential learning, traditional classroom learning and service learning with wilderness adventure, international travel and cultural exchange to create extraordinary expeditions. The school conducts 7 days excursion/camps/tours for all students in the month of March every year.
n each dynamic journey, students explore unique environments, cultures and adventure. Each tour aims at bringing the students more close to the Indian culture, develop a love for the scenic beauty, prepare them for challenges and to make them environment friendly.
Interwoven in these tours are the themes of teamwork, leadership and personal growth. Together, the students take on challenges, master new skills, build confidence and gain insights into themselves, the world around them and their role as a good citizens. They come back with a sense of achievement, an awareness of their own potential and an acceptance of different ideas, beliefs and adventure.
With India poised to take center stage in the international market place, it is essential for students to gain the international experiences that will maximize their potential. They need to possess an out of box thinking and exposure to not only their world but the world outside as well.
The mission of the SelaQui International School is to profoundly transform the lives of our students. Life transformation often requires first hand experiences that are dramatically different from students' day-to-day lives. We want students to not just read about emerging market countries; we want them to go and experience them.
In order to make our students competitive and world leaders the school conducts an international tour every year for classes 9th and 11th.
As the child explores the world, he/she gains the skills they need to succeed in school, at work and in a global future. Through adventure travel, experiential learning, and language immersion, students build leadership and communication skills, gain essential international experience, increase their self-confidence, and enhance their global awareness. Whatever the destination or focus, all abroad programs engage students in a profoundly moving educational journey of cultural exploration and discovery.
Lastly, we also have community service programs for our students. It is important to connect with the community at large, and to understand the realities of life that we cannot see in our cozy environs. To this end, our students go out regularly and offer their services to the Dehradun community. We organize and participate in Cleanliness Drives, Health and Hygiene programs, Drug Awareness programs, visits to Old Age homes, Tree Plantation drives, and a lot more.
