Every student is encouraged to participate along with his tutor and house mentor in setting his own goals for the term; be they academic, physical or affective. The progress and achievements against these goals are reviewed by the same team at the end of the term.
In doing so, a child learns to shoulder responsibility of his own growth and is measured against his own goals, in addition to the class averages and conventional grades. Such a participation in setting goals ensures greater commitment on the part of the student and helps in achieving all round excellence. We had already achieved our goal to be :
