Dr. Dillip Kumar Panda has had a distinguished academic career across several prestigious institutions, culminating in a Doctorate in International Relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi.

Dr. Panda began his professional journey as a journalist and feature writer with leading national newspapers, followed by a valuable experience in an international organization and government bureaucracy.

Driven by a deep passion for education, he joined The Assam Valley School, a renowned residential institution in the Northeast, where he held multiple leadership roles, gaining significant experience in academic, co-curricular, and pastoral domains. In 2009, Dr. Panda moved to The Sanskaar Valley School, where he played an integral role in the senior management team and eventually led the institution as its Head of School until March 2024. His expertise spans both national and international curricula, including the International Baccalaureate (IB) and Cambridge International Education.

Beyond academics, Dr. Panda has a wide range of interests, including Debate, Declamation, Model United Nations (MUN), sports, travel, and adventure. He continues to contribute as a feature writer for leading magazines and newspapers, where he writes extensively on curriculum, educational policy, and emerging trends in the field of education. Dr. Panda continues to be active in the classroom juxtaposed with his administrative responsibilities fuelling love for his subject in his students.
